1. Services

Fundacja Firma Dla Każdego – W Swoim Czasie Adriana Mucha provides online Polish language lessons through Google Meets. Each lesson lasts either 25 or 50 minutes and is tailored to the goals and needs of each student.

2. Booking and Payments

Lessons are booked via the calendar on https://adawswoimczasie.pl/en/polish-lessons/ and must be paid for in advance via the calendar. Payment operator is Autopay S.A. Students may purchase only lesson packages.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Lessons may be canceled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Lessons cannot be rescheduled or cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time. If so, the lesson will be considered completed and non-refundable (exception – check point 6)

  • Each lesson may be rescheduled up to three times.

  • Lessons or packages must be scheduled and used within 6 months of purchase.

4. Lesson Delivery and Notifications

Lessons take place on Google Meets via a unique link provided to each student.
Confirmation and reminder emails are sent to the student:

  • At the time of booking

  • 4 hours before the scheduled lesson
    Students will also be notified by email in case of cancellations or changes to their lessons.

5. No-Shows

If a student does not show up for a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the lesson is considered completed and is non-refundable.

6. Illness and Emergencies

In case of illness or an emergency, students should contact the teacher as soon as possible via email at adabednarczyk3@gmail.com. In such cases, rescheduling may be possible.

7. Tardiness

If a student is late to the lesson, it will still end at the scheduled time unless the teacher is available to extend the session. Extensions are at the teacher’s discretion.

8. Technical Issues

  • If technical issues occur on the teacher’s side, the lesson will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

  • If issues occur on the student’s side, the lesson may be rescheduled in case of an emergency, at the teacher’s discretion.

9. Holidays and Breaks

Scheduled breaks and holidays will be communicated in advance. Students are encouraged to plan ahead to ensure access to their preferred lesson times.

10. Lesson Content

The teacher provides structured lessons and learning materials adapted to the student’s level and goals.

11. Student Responsibilities

Students are responsible for completing homework, reviewing materials in their online notebook (shared via Google Docs), and participating actively in the lessons.

12. Complaints and Refunds

Refunds

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that no lesson has been scheduled less than 12 hours before it starts. Once a lesson is considered as “confirmed and accepted” (i.e., scheduled and within 12 hours before it starts), the right to a refund no longer applies.

  • If you have purchased a package and wish to discontinue lessons, you may receive a full refund for any unused lessons, under the same 14-day rule and cancellation conditions.

Complaints Procedure

If you are not satisfied with a completed Polish lesson, you may file a complaint within 14 days of the lesson date.

To file a complaint, please send an email to: adabednarczyk3@gmail.com with the subject line “Complaint – [your name]”. Please include:

  • Your full name

  • The date and time of the lesson in question

  • A description of the issue

  • Your requested resolution (e.g., refund, rescheduling)

Complaint Resolution Time

All complaints will be reviewed and addressed within 14 business days from the date the complaint is received. You will receive a written response via email detailing the outcome of the complaint and any next steps.

If the complaint is accepted, you will be offered:

  • A free rescheduled lesson

  • A refund (full or partial), depending on the circumstances

  • Another appropriate resolution agreed upon by both parties
