Services<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fundacja Firma Dla Ka\u017cdego &#8211; W Swoim Czasie Adriana Mucha provides online Polish language lessons through Google Meets. Each lesson lasts either 25 or 50 minutes and is tailored to the goals and needs of each student.<\/span><\/p><p><b>2. Booking and Payments<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lessons are booked via the calendar on <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/adawswoimczasie.pl\/en\/polish-lessons\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/adawswoimczasie.pl\/en\/polish-lessons\/<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and must be paid for in advance via the calendar. Payment operator is Autopay S.A. Students may purchase only lesson packages.<\/span><\/p><p><b>3. Cancellations and Rescheduling<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lessons may be canceled or rescheduled up to <\/span><b>12 hours<\/b> <b>before <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the scheduled time.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lessons cannot be rescheduled or cancelled <\/span><b>less than 12 hours before <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the scheduled time. If so, the lesson will be considered <\/span><b>completed and non-refundable (exception &#8211; check point 6)<\/b><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each lesson may be rescheduled <\/span><b>up to three times<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lessons or packages must be scheduled and used within <\/span><b>6 months<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of purchase.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><b>4. Lesson Delivery and Notifications<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lessons take place on Google Meets via a unique link provided to each student.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Confirmation and reminder emails are sent to the student:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the time of booking<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 hours before the scheduled lesson<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Students will also be notified by email in case of cancellations or changes to their lessons.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><b>5. No-Shows<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If a student does not show up for a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the lesson is considered completed and is non-refundable.<\/span><\/p><p><b>6. Illness and Emergencies<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In case of illness or an emergency, students should contact the teacher as soon as possible via email at adabednarczyk3@gmail.com. In such cases, rescheduling may be possible.<\/span><\/p><p><b>7. Tardiness<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If a student is late to the lesson, it will still end at the scheduled time unless the teacher is available to extend the session. Extensions are at the teacher&#8217;s discretion.<\/span><\/p><p><b>8. Technical Issues<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If technical issues occur on the teacher\u2019s side, the lesson will be rescheduled at no additional cost.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If issues occur on the student\u2019s side, the lesson may be rescheduled in case of an emergency, at the teacher\u2019s discretion.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><b>9. Holidays and Breaks<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scheduled breaks and holidays will be communicated in advance. Students are encouraged to plan ahead to ensure access to their preferred lesson times.<\/span><\/p><p><b>10. Lesson Content<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The teacher provides structured lessons and learning materials adapted to the student\u2019s level and goals.<\/span><\/p><p><b>11. Student Responsibilities<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Students are responsible for completing homework, reviewing materials in their online notebook (shared via Google Docs), and participating actively in the lessons.<\/span><\/p><p><b>12. Complaints and Refunds<\/b><\/p><p><b>Refunds<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You may request a full refund within <\/span><b>14 days of purchase<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, provided that no lesson has been scheduled less than 12 hours before it starts. Once a lesson is considered as &#8220;confirmed and accepted&#8221; (i.e., scheduled and within 12 hours before it starts), the right to a refund no longer applies.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you have purchased a package and wish to discontinue lessons, you may receive a full refund for any unused lessons, under the same 14-day rule and cancellation conditions.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Complaints Procedure<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you are not satisfied with a completed Polish lesson, you may file a complaint within <\/span><b>14 days<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of the lesson date.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To file a complaint, please send an email to: <\/span><b>adabednarczyk3@gmail.com<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with the subject line <\/span><b>\u201cComplaint \u2013 [your name]\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
